For Telenet we are looking for 1 Associate Accountmanager, region Antwerp – Brussels.
Our Client
Telenet is a Belgian telecommunications company. The company is based in Mechelen and is the Flemish counterpart of the Walloon VOO. It is also the main sponsor of KV Mechelen and basketball club Antwerp Giants.
It is more than half-owned by the American telecom company Liberty Global.
Your Role
As Associate Account Manager, you are responsible for the acquisition of new business customers in line with the agreed objectives. You focus on small companies with up to 5 employees. Through targeted prospecting and various networking activities, you establish contacts and expand your customer base. You negotiate and close sales.
Region Antwerp – Brussels
You offer a professional and qualitative service and follow up your customer portfolio personally and autonomously. You focus on the extension of existing agreements and upselling. You are the commercial SPOC regarding all needs and requirements of your customers.
You report directly to the sales manager.
Your Profile
- You have completed a higher education and are fluent in two languages (NL/F); knowledge of English is an asset.
- Have you already worked as a B2B representative? Then you deserve bonus points!
- You are very customer-oriented and driven, prospecting does not scare you.
- You have no lack of communication skills. You are enthusiastic, mature and know how to convince entrepreneurs in negotiations.
- You are a go-getter with a hands-on mentality; you are result-oriented and stress-resistant.
- You are very well organised and can work autonomously as well as in a team.
- You can adapt quickly to changing environments and different people.
- You anticipate and seize opportunities without waiting to be told what to do.
